The Locksmith ER provided excellent service. I needed a Key Fob for my VW Golf due to the keys being lost. Scott special ordered the Key/Fob as well as coordinate between himself, my insurance company and me to arrange the date and time to come laser cut and program the key once it arrived. He arrived right on time to do the work as planned. My situation however is going to take a little more effort. I wasn’t aware the ignition had been changed before I purchased the car making the information I provided for the replacement key incorrect. After discussing in detail so I understood the situation he offered his services to assist me in purchasing what I needed for no additional cost besides the price of parts. Scott wasn’t trying to make an extra buck because he could. He offered his service to help me in this situation so I can drive my car without spending an arm and leg.
